Dr. Julia Bugler is a specialist in gynecology and obstetrics with a focus on gynecological endocrinology and reproductive medicine. Together with her colleague Dr. Inke Bruns, she founded Glückshormon (Happiness Hormone) to support women with issues that are not adequately addressed in traditional fertility consultations.
In their fully digital coaching program, they offer support with topics such as sustainable weight loss, the sensible selection of nutritional supplements, and coping with distressing thoughts and rumination. Julia Bugler is convinced that feelings of powerlessness transform into self-efficacy when women understand how much influence they can exert through nutrition, mindset work, and a healthy lifestyle.
Dr. Petra Frank-Herrmann, former senior physician in the Department of Gynecological Endocrinology and Fertility Disorders at the University Women's Hospital Heidelberg. She heads the outpatient clinic for pediatric and adolescent gynecology, which includes a specialized consultation for disorders of female sexual development (DSD). She is also head of the Natural Fertility section of the German Society for Gynecological Endocrinology and Fertility Medicine (DGGEF e.V.) and provides scientific support to the Natural Family Planning (NFP) working group, whose Sensiplan method she has co-investigated in studies.
Dr. Tanja Freundl-Schütt is a senior physician at the University Women's Hospital Düsseldorf, specializing in the Department of Endocrinology and Fertility. She is a board-certified gynecologist and obstetrician with a focus on gynecological endocrinology and reproductive medicine. Since 2007, she has been a member of the Scientific Working Group on Natural Fertility (SNF) of the German Society for Gynecological Endocrinology and Fertility Medicine (DGGEF e.V.), and since 2017, she has served as the deputy head of the SNF. She provides scientific and clinical support to the NFP working group.

Anne Schmuck holds a degree in German Studies, is a certified Sensiplan consultant, author, and Instagram pioneer. For over 15 years, she has worked with people who want to understand their menstrual cycle and take control of their fertility. Through her work, she is committed to establishing cycle awareness as a central aspect of women's health and self-determination, and to promoting holistic perspectives on gender equality.

Dr. Katharina Viktoria Tropschuh works at the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Technical University of Munich, specializing in gynecological endocrinology, among other areas. Dr. Tropschuh is also an active member of the board of the German Society for Gynecological Endocrinology and Reproductive Medicine (DGGEF e.V.) and the Young Forum of the German Menopause Society.
Dr. Lisa-Maria Wallwiener is a specialist in gynecology and obstetrics with a focus on gynecological endocrinology and reproductive medicine in Munich. She is also a board member of the Natural Fertility section of the German Society for Gynecological Endocrinology and Fertility Medicine (DGGEF e.V.) – a research group focused on natural family planning (NFP), natural fertility, and fertility awareness.
